2007

Aljomaih Energy & Water was established by Al Jomaih Holding Company, a dynamic and respected conglomerate with a portfolio of market-leading enterprises. 

As a majority-owned subsidiary, the Company is mandated to serve as its dedicated infrastructure investment arm, operating across the entire infrastructure development value chain, from inception to execution.

Since its founding, the Company has managed Pendekar Energy Limited (Pendekar), a multinational and renowned energy group
